Urologist:
“Take THIS every morning and notice how many times you still get up at night”
No surgery, no extra tablet. Just a small habit at breakfast. What it can do for the tiny blood vessels of your prostate is now the subject of research.
Hello, my name is Dr Mark Rowley. I’m a urologist – a specialist in the prostate, bladder and urinary tract – and I run a practice in London.
I’ve been treating patients for more than 15 years, most of them men over 55.
In that time I’ve seen practically everything there is to see when it comes to the prostate:
And that’s only a small selection. For a long time I thought nothing could surprise me any more.
Men who wake up at four o’clock every night, whether they like it or not. Men who think about where the nearest toilet is along the way before every car journey. And then there were cases like this one…
Residual urine volumes that made me wonder how the patient was still sleeping through the night at all
What lies behind most of these complaints, I only truly understood last year.
It was late in the evening. I was reading new studies on the blood supply to the prostate on PubMed when I came across something that hasn’t let me rest since.
Why you get up more often at night, year after year
Imagine that needing to pee at night, a weak stream, dribbling and even weakening erections all had one common cause: a process in the tiny blood vessels that supply your prostate – one that almost nobody talks about in the doctor’s surgery.
Sounds surprising? Yet that’s exactly what current research points to.
Your prostate depends on very fine blood vessels – more precisely, on small arteries. They are how it receives blood: oxygen, nutrients, everything it lives on.
As long as these arteries are clear, they work like a new garden hose: soft and supple, and the water gets where it needs to go.
Then the prostate is well supplied with blood, relaxed and exactly the size it should be. Your bladder and urethra have room, and you don’t notice your prostate at all.
What most men don’t know…
From around the age of 50 – often even earlier – a silent process begins in these fine arteries. And it happens every single day.
1) The inner wall of the arteries becomes rough, and cholesterol builds up on it.
Salt, processed fats and preservatives irritate the very thin lining of the arteries, a little every day, for decades. The irritated wall doesn’t stay smooth; it becomes rough. And cholesterol builds up on the rough patches, layer after layer.
2) Calcium settles on the cholesterol.
This is mineral calcium – the same calcium your bones are made of. Except here it ends up in the wrong place: it settles on the cholesterol inside the artery and makes the wall ever thicker and harder. Over the years a hard deposit forms, and the channel inside the vessel gets narrower and narrower.
Doctors call these deposits of cholesterol and calcium plaque.
Together, these two processes mean that less and less blood reaches your prostate. With three consequences:
The prostate swells.
Tissue that receives too little becomes inflamed. And inflamed tissue swells, becoming thicker and harder, like any inflamed part of the body.
It presses on the bladder and urethra.
That’s where the night-time urges come from, the stream that stops halfway, and the drops two minutes after you’ve got dressed.
The vicious circle feeds itself.
The enlarged prostate presses on the very vessels that are supposed to supply it with blood. So even less blood gets through, the inflammation continues and the swelling grows. And the bigger it gets, the harder it presses on the vessels. That’s why it gets a little worse every year and never gets better on its own.
Most of the prostate problems I see in men over 55 come down to exactly this. And so do weakening erections, which the men in my surgery would rather not talk about. Because they, too, depend on clear blood vessels with enough blood flowing through them.
And that’s only half the truth…
Tamsulosin relaxes the muscle around the urethra. Finasteride slowly shrinks the prostate through hormones. And surgery removes the enlarged tissue.
That’s what they’re designed for, and they genuinely help some men.
But none of them deals with the tiny blood vessels through which your prostate receives its blood.
That’s why I so often see men who have been taking their tablet every evening for years, yet still get up three times a night and dread the next step: a second tablet that takes away even more ‘down there’, or the scalpel.
So, from my point of view, two things are needed at the same time:
First: clear the fine arteries of the prostate again.
Give them back what they were in your youth: soft, clear and well supplied with blood. Then the prostate receives what it needs again, and the swelling can go down.
Second: take the strain off the heart, which is pumping against ever-narrower vessels.
By 55, your heart has often been working for years against increasingly narrowed vessels. The muscle cells doing this work need energy – and over the years, less and less of it reaches them. It’s no coincidence that so many of my prostate patients also have high blood pressure.
For years I told my patients that you simply have to learn to live with your prostate.
Drink less in the evening, pelvic floor exercises, pumpkin seeds, saw palmetto. I recommended all of it. But that isn’t all you can do.
Because the deposits that have already formed in your arteries won’t disappear just because you eat less salt, processed fat and preservatives from today. They’re already there – and that’s exactly where you need to act.
Support the blood vessels of your prostate naturally, from the comfort of your own home
The question of whether narrowed, calcified arteries can be supported naturally was the subject of the so-called FAITH study: a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial lasting twelve months at the LA Biomedical Research Institute at Harbor-UCLA in California.
Double-blind means: neither the participants nor the researchers knew during the study who was receiving the real preparation. Placebo-controlled means: the comparison group took capsules with no active substance. This rules out expectations or suggestion distorting the result.
At its centre was a natural substance that people have valued for thousands of years: aged garlic. It was combined with a second active ingredient, coenzyme Q10 in the form of ubiquinol.
The result genuinely moved me.
After twelve months, the group taking aged garlic and CoQ10 together had measurably more flexible arteries than the placebo group.
And not on the basis of self-assessment or an indirect lab value. Flexibility was measured directly with clinical instruments, and the study was peer-reviewed and published.
And that was the decisive point for me: garlic alone had never produced a result like that. Nor had CoQ10 alone.
Only the combination of the two showed this effect.
Then I came across a third element. One that surprisingly few people talk about.
Vitamin K2 in the form of MK-7.
Vitamin K2 is a kind of traffic policeman for the calcium in your body. When it’s lacking, calcium doesn’t know where to go: into the bones, or into the nearest artery wall?
In a three-year clinical study carried out in the Netherlands, 180 µg (micrograms) of vitamin K2 MK-7 a day supported arterial flexibility. K2 helps direct calcium to where it’s needed: into the bones.
Then the picture was complete for me:
For me, this is the most coherent combination current research points to. It had just one problem.
You can’t simply ask for S-allyl cysteine at the pharmacy. And I couldn’t find a product on the shelves that contained all three substances in the amounts used in the studies. Believe me, I looked for a long time.
Most garlic preparations are under-dosed or not aged at all. As for CoQ10, they usually contain a cheaper form. And K2 MK-7 is almost never combined with the other two.
So anyone who wanted to follow the research had to buy three different jars, carefully coordinate when to take them and keep it up for months. Most of my patients couldn’t manage it, and I can’t blame them.
Then a patient brought a pack into my surgery from Orlena: a small company that makes its supplements in the UK and had been quietly working on exactly this combination.
I carefully analysed the formulation, dosage and manufacturing, and then contacted Orlena by email. An in-depth exchange followed: I received documentation on the development and manufacturing, and at a face-to-face meeting I was able to ask every question I had about Agliovita and the company. Then I took it myself for two months and was won over.
Meet Orlena Agliovita
Agliovita is a food supplement based on exactly this triple combination.
It contains aged garlic extract, CoQ10 ubiquinol and vitamin K2 MK-7, in amounts modelled on studies carried out in humans.
1200 mg of aged garlic extract, standardised to S-allyl cysteine (SAC), works on the artery wall: for clear blood vessels, a well-supplied prostate and normal blood pressure.*
At the same time, 100 mg of CoQ10 ubiquinol supplies the energy your heart muscle needs to pump against narrowed vessels.*
And 180 µg of vitamin K2 MK-7 directs calcium away from the arteries and into the bones: both new calcium from your food and calcium that has dissolved out of the artery walls.*
In this way, the blood vessels of your prostate are supported from three sides at once. And that’s what counts in the long run.*
You don’t have to take my word for it alone.
As I write this article, more than 12,000 people in the UK are already taking Agliovita every day.
Taking it is very simple: Agliovita comes as soft capsules. You swallow them with a little water during a meal – no chewing and none of the sharp taste of raw garlic.
And because the garlic is aged for 24 months, the sharp, unstable allicin in raw garlic is converted into stable, almost odourless S-allyl cysteine. For you, that means: no garlic breath, no burping.
Two capsules at breakfast. That’s all it takes.
At this point you’re probably wondering about two things…
Where can I find Agliovita?
… and how much does it cost?
The first question isn’t so easy to answer.
The 24-month ageing process makes production very demanding: from choosing the right variety of garlic, to the slow ageing during which S-allyl cysteine forms, to the careful extraction and standardisation of every single batch.
That’s why Agliovita is often hard to get hold of. Orlena is doing everything it can to keep up with demand, but at the moment it simply isn’t managing.
Anyone who has tried Agliovita often orders some straight away for a brother, brother-in-law or good friend too. On top of that come readers of articles like this one, who are hearing about the triple combination for the first time.
That’s why every new batch sells out quickly as soon as it has completed its 24 months of ageing.
If you’re reading these words, there are probably still a few packs available – otherwise this page would already have been taken down. How much longer, though, nobody can promise you.
Agliovita could run out as soon as tomorrow… maybe even today
And once the last pack has been sold, it may be weeks or even months before new stock arrives. Every new batch needs a full 24 months – there’s no speeding that up.
If you really want to support your prostate, my advice is not to close this page now.
This could be your only chance to get Agliovita and finally sleep through the night again, as you’ve been longing to for years.*
So now I’ll show you how you can secure your Agliovita today.
Agliovita is ONLY available on the official Orlena website
Not at the pharmacy, not at the chemist’s, not on Amazon or eBay.
If you see something similar elsewhere, it’s an imitation that hasn’t been aged for the full 24 months and contains barely a trace of S-allyl cysteine. You’ll only find the original Agliovita on the official Orlena website.
When you consider what’s in every pack (24 months of ageing, standardised SAC, 100 mg of highly bioavailable CoQ10 ubiquinol, 180 µg of vitamin K2 MK-7 and the research behind this combination), the price is honestly a bargain.
For comparison: at my meeting with Orlena, I was told that before the launch, advisers had recommended selling Agliovita for £85. From a purely economic point of view, that would have been understandable.
But Orlena didn’t want any man to be unable to afford support for his own prostate.
That’s why Agliovita costs only around a third of what the marketing experts recommended
That’s LESS than £30!
One pack of Agliovita, modelled on clinical studies.
One pack that supports the blood vessels of your prostate from three sides at once.
One pack at a price that’s affordable even for those who need it most.

As I said: every new batch takes 24 months. Current stocks are running out faster than new ones are coming in. It’s only a matter of time before everything sells out.
After that you’ll have to wait until the next batch has finished ageing, and that could take weeks or months. Besides, the price will probably be higher later on.
Let me be clear: you will never find Agliovita at a lower price than today. There won’t be a better offer, and you may only ever see this one once.
So: click below and secure your packs of Agliovita.

The only risk: missing out on this offer
The only risk is that one day you’ll regret letting this opportunity pass you by and you’ll no longer be able to buy Agliovita at this discount.
I know exactly what will happen if you close this page now. I’ve seen it countless times with my patients over the years.
You carry on trying saw palmetto, pumpkin seeds or the next combination supplement from the pharmacy. Now and then a night may go a little better, and you convince yourself that’s enough.
But in the blood vessels of your prostate, everything carries on as before. And at some point, at the urologist’s, the subject of surgery comes up again.
I’m not saying this to scare you. I want to be honest with you: with the prostate, the sooner you act, the better. That’s why the decision you make today matters.
So… what will you choose?
Do you say “NO” and carry on as before?
OR do you take the right step: order one, two or more packs of Agliovita and, over the next 100 days, discover what it means to sleep through the night again, drive down the motorway without looking out for the next services and get your old confidence back in the bedroom too?
Remember: this isn’t just about you.
It’s about sleeping through the night again – and your wife along with you, instead of waking her every time you need the toilet in the night.
It’s about being the man again – the one your wife knows: spontaneous, relaxed, close to her, and not always sitting in the seat nearest the door.
It’s about taking back control – on the motorway, on a day out with friends and at your next urology appointment, instead of hearing that it’s time for surgery.
You owe it to yourself and the people you love – give Agliovita a real chance.
You can finally tackle your prostate problems at their source.
You can finally sleep through the night again and travel without planning your stops.
You can finally get back what you thought you’d lost in the bedroom.
Many of the people I’ve recommended Agliovita to have already taken this step. You can do it too.
If you’re ready, click the big button below and order your Agliovita.
And remember: if it doesn’t earn its place in your life, you pay nothing.
